“Towards The Light” is the long awaited second album from Trenton, NJ’s reggae singer, B. Davis. Fashioned in the “loversrock” style, this LP hits the listener with soulful lyrics and harmony matched by the bright grooves courtesy of Davis’s trademark production. This collection offers a re-recording of the hit “All Through The Night”, from the previous “Zion Audio” album, and also contains tracks ranging from the high points of being in love (“Love Your Style”, “This Moment”) to stories of heartbreak and moving on (“Towards The Light”, “Away Too Long”). This sophomore album from Davis is sure to be considered a classic in the category of “lovers rock” reggae similar to legendary artist’s work such as Gregory Isaacs, Cornell Campbell, and Ken Boothe to name a few.
